In short: this website uses no cookies and doesn't track you. Below we explain in plain language which data passes through and what we do with it.

No cookies, no tracking
The website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so the site doesn't connect to Google Fonts either.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any website, the server receives technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks.
WhatsApp, phone and email
When you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive your name, your number or email address and what you write, such as your plate and the problem with your car. We only use this to reply, give you a price and do the job.
WhatsApp is a Meta service and is covered by Meta's privacy policy.
Plate check (APK)
When you check your plate on the website, it goes straight from your browser to the public RDW database. We don't receive or store that lookup.
Map
The map on the contact page comes from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap's servers.
How long we keep data
Messages and customer data are kept for as long as needed for the job. Invoices and tax records are kept for the period Dutch law requires: 7 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to sennaautoservice.nl@hotmail.com. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
