What we check
Engine and gearbox
Cold start, noises, leaks, smoke and gear changes. This is where the most expensive surprises usually hide.
Fault code reading
We read the car with diagnostic equipment, which also shows stored faults that don't light up the dashboard.
Accident damage, paint and rust
Because we do bodywork and paint ourselves, we recognise repaired damage, colour differences and hidden rust.
Brakes, tyres and suspension
Wear on brakes and tyres, and whether the suspension and steering are in good shape.
Test drive
How the car drives, brakes and shifts, and whether it runs straight. If the seller agrees.
Papers and RDW data
APK expiry, open recalls, the RDW verdict on the mileage, and the service history.

How much does an inspection cost?
It depends on the distance to the car. Send us the link to the ad and where the car is on WhatsApp, and you'll get the price upfront.
Do you come to the car?
Yes. We go to wherever the car is, at a dealer or with a private seller.
Should I tell the seller?
Yes, arrange it with the seller beforehand. An honest seller usually has no problem with an inspection.
Is it worth it when buying from a dealer?
Yes. Even at a dealer, it's good to have an outside pair of eyes before you sign.
